Eater Chicago breaks the news that Andrew Brochu (formerly of Alinea, Pops for Champagne, Kith & Kin and most recently EL) will take over the reigns at graham elliot Feb. 1 as the restaurant moves to a tasting menu-only format:

I'm sorry to do this to you seeing that you've been so damn good watching what you've been eating so far this year, but when it comes to chocolate I have no self control.
