Rick Tramonto's got great timing!
The powerhouse chef behind Tru as well as Tramonto’s Steak & Seafood and RT Sushi Bar & Lounge debuts his seventh cookbook today.
Steak with Friends: At Home, with Rick Tramonto (Andrews McMeel Publishing; $35) contains more than 150 recipes and hundreds of photos of what he whips up when he's chilling out. In addition to steak recipes, you'll find some for seafood, poultry and more. It's available in bookstores everywhere.
The cookbook comes out just in time for Tramonto's appearance on Bravo's "Top Chef Masters" Wednesday where he'll compete against some of the world's best culinary kings and queens. That airs at 9pm CST with the contestants catering a lunch for the cast and crew of ABC’s "Modern Family."
