Say goodbye to Shift Drinks, the popular Monday night industry party at Pops for Champagne where high-profile restaurant and bar folks mingle until last call.
Monday, May 24 is the last event at the bubbly bar, as the lower-level lounge goes down for some major renovations for the next three months. Yours Truly and Inovasi owner/chef John des Rosiers guest bartend for the final event at this location.
We're whipping up three signature cocktails, including the Naughty Negroni (Campari, Moscato d'Asti sparkling wine, gin) and Not So Serious Martini (housemade Inovasi No Drama Gin, Thatcher's Elderflower Liqueur, Sauvignon Blanc), with a portion of the night's proceeds benefiting the CROYA youth group in Lake Forest. That happens 9pm-2am May 24. No cover.

Shift Drinks then moves to The Exchange, where we expect its inaugural event to be one of the biggest bashes of the year.
