Chicago Restos To Help Gulf Coast
Two major events coming up soon to help those affected by the Gulf Coast oil spill . . .
Donate a minimum of $50 to Greater New Orleans Foundation's Gulf Coast Oil Spill Fund or The Barataria Estuary Foundation by July 25 (goal is to get 250 donations of $50 or more) to get an invite to a reception hosted by some of the hottest restaurants in Chicago.
The party, which happens 5-7pm July 25 at Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, includes an open bar, silent auction and signature appetizers whipped up by some major players on the scene.

Another event, the Junk Shot Benefit & Dance Party, takes place 7:30-11:30pm July 1 at West Loop Studios (17 N. Elizabeth St.). For $30 (all proceeds go toward Gulf Coast relief), guests will get to chow down, drink and enjoy music from local hipster band, Blasted Diplomats, and Toast & Jam DJs.
