One of the most prominent chefs in the city is out of a job.
Phillip Foss was dismissed from his executive chef position at Lockwood Friday.
He wrote this on his blog:
"It has been apparent to me for quite a while that the road I was traveling down was contradictory to that of the hotel, and I truly believe this was inevitable pretty much from the first time censorship entered the picture.
It has been a long and winding road from the first time my internet personality took over the virtual Lockwood landscape, and this aspect has been as much a part of this downfall as it was part of the ascent. As a matter of fact, I have been quoted recently as saying that, 'If it weren’t for my internet personality, my career would likely still be in an eggshell.'"
