Celebrated cocktail master Adam Seger is on the move again.
This time the guy behind Hum liqueur teamed up with the folks at Penny's Noodle Shop in Bucktown to create a few Hum-infused, Asian-focused elixirs.
He's introducing the Thai Toddy (which he demonstrates how to make in this video with Chai tea, lemon and fresh ginger), plus the Kung Fu Girl Sangria (includes Charles Smith "Kung Fu Girl" Riesling) and Spice & Ice that's created with spicy house-made ginger beer.
Hmmmmmm, the Bucktown Penny's is right down the street from my crib. I wonder if I can get them to deliver these drinks . . .
The cocktails will be also available soon at the Lakeview and Lincoln Park locations.
