Balena for an intimate lunch with author and media personality
Michael Ruhlman.
He's in town to promote his latest book,
Charcuterie: The Craft of Salting, Smoking and Curing, which means that you'll be in for a pretty tasty lunch. As he discusses his work, you'll get to munch on an assortment of fresh baked breads, cured meats and salumi.
