We randomly stumbled upon the brunch info during a long overdue outing to Bristol over the weekend, where we checked in on executive chef
Chris Pandel's wild interpretations on wild game, including braised goat pasta, goat brain ravioli and duck fat fries.

Don't expect dishes
that way out there for Gand's brunch; he'll be working in several of the items from her book like the
Baked Eggs in Ham Cups. That event happens noon-2pm on May 17. $37. Reservations highly recommended.
