Randolph Wine Cellars Shutters; Makes Way For New Concept

Photobucket

Just got word Randolph Wine Cellars is shutting down July 31 to make way for a new concept this fall.

No clues on what that concept will be yet, but owner Brenda Fotopoulos calls it "a concept the likes of which Chicago has never seen before."

Its adjacent The Tasting Room lounge will stay put, continuing to offer one of the best wine-bar experiences in the city.

Also, leading up to Randolph Wine Cellars' closing are a few events, including a Hum-B-Q (July 18th), a patio pig roast featuring Chicago’s famed mixologist Adam Segar pouring his signature Hum spirit; and a tremendous sale on all merchandise at the store throughout July.

We're looking forward to seeing what's going in that massive space this fall!
