Perennial's Ryan Poli made it through the first round of Eater Chicago's first-ever Hottest Chef Poll, and now you can meet the baby blue-eyed culinary star at a benefit happening Feb. 8.
Poli will be joined by Chris Pandel (The Bristol), David Posey (Blackbird), Andrew Zimmerman (Sepia) and Randy Zweiban (Province) for Vital Bridges' Chefs in the City event.
The party includes cocktails from RL, a walkaround tasting of the chefs' creations and viewing of artwork in the unique setting of Primitive (130 N. Jefferson St.).
Tickets are $100 and may be purchased here. 6-8pm Feb. 8
