Now here's the latest on that coveted space:
An Ultimate Insider tells me that the guys behind The Boundary, Sweetwater and Trace secured the location to build one of their signature casual venues that combines decent bar fare with a sports bar atmosphere.
We're hearing they're angling to compete with the super-successful Benchmark that's directly across the street.
