Over the weekend, the Southern Mac 'n' Cheese Store quietly closed.

Here's what general manager Evan Traub had to say about it:

"We closed the restaurant because we're focusing on (our main restaurant) The Southern, and we’re going to be focusing on the mac 'n' cheese truck over there. (By closing), it will allow us to work on bigger projects and have more flexibility. We’re doing more catering and large-scale events and it's easier to do in one space."
