Time Out Chicago Announces 'Eat Out' Winners

This may be Time Out Chicago's last Eat Out Awards—considering the publication laid off 90 percent of its staff last week—so I thought it would be a good idea to give props to this year's winners.

Logan Square's Euro-Asian comfort food spot Fat Rice snagged the honors for Best New Restaurant, while another Logan Square fave, the very gin-focused Scofflaw, won for Best New Bar.
