Menu Revealed at Girl & The Goat!

Here's your very first sneak peek at what's going on the menu at the year's most highly anticipated restaurant.
Over the holiday, Stephanie Izard's Girl & The Goat web site launched, offering us a taste of what to expect.
Samples from the menu included a roasted asparagus salad with pickled rhubarb, toasted almonds and prairie fruits chevre; grilled lamb stuffed calamari drizzled with marcona almond butter and cilantro; smoked goat flatbread; and ham frites in a smoked tomato aioli.
Also of note on the site were many photos of previous events, including the infamous Wandering Goat Dinner Series, "Top Chef"-oriented parties, benefits and more.
We're still waiting for the opening date, but look for it to open this summer.
