This is such exciting news!
Shift Drinks—one of my favorite industry events—returns to its original home in the basement of Pops for Champagne.
That's when a popular local chef teams up with a renown mixologist to hook us all up with really tasty drinks.
Sepia's Mixologist Josh Pearson and Exec Chef Andrew Zimmerman kick off the first event on April 4 in the space that's now known as Watershed.
What's different now is that the event will occur every first Monday of the month, and likely will have a featured liquor sponsor. This one is hosted by Templeton Rye, which will debut the Templeton Rye Mobile Speakeasy, an educational tasting room that will sit outside the venue the night of the event.
Pearson and Zimmerman will guest bartend with signature cocktails of their choice, and all their tips go to their favorite charities. Drinks will be $9 and the event goes down 9pm-2am.
