Chicago Mag's Beer Release at Map Room
Keg photo via americantomdotcom.blogspot.com
Whoa.
It looks like every industry insider in the city's going to The Gage Monday for the first-ever, pop-up, underground party.
And since the guest list is full, I took the initiative to scout out yet another bangin' bash for you to check out if you miss out.
Apparently, Chicago magazine is tapping the keg on its custom summer brew at a one-night-only beer release at The Map Room in Bucktown. They've collaborated with Beejay Olson and Gerrit Lewis of Pipeworks Brewing Co., and you can see how they made it right here.
The signature sud was also created to celebrate the July issue, which is dedicated to all things beer. The event happens 6-8pm Monday and it's free to the public. The beer is free too!
