Hard-core foodie couples don't have to wait until March for Trenchermen to open.
That's because they're doing a series of pop-up dinners for those celebrating Valentine's Day at Logan Square Kitchen Feb. 12-14.
Helmed by high-profile chef brothers Michael Sheerin (Blackbird) and Patrick Sheerin (Signature Room), the restaurant is expected to be one of the top openings of the year. Its style is fine dining-casual, with a nod to seasonal ingredients and adventurous takes on familiar dishes.
For the pop-up dinners, they're doing five courses that will be paired with beer, wine and cocktails, so the price is pretty steep at $120 a person (includes tip and tax). But we expect this one to sell out pretty quickly, so you'd better get on it right here.
Here are the times available:
Feb. 12 (one seating – 7:30pm)
Feb. 13 (two seatings – 5:30 and 8pm)
Feb. 14 (three seatings – 5:30, 7:30 and 9:30pm)
