We're definitely looking forward to this!
The long-awaited Hotel Lincoln, which is home to Perennial Virant, finally opens March 8.
The most exciting news is what's in store as far as the dining program. According to the release just sent over:
"In-Room Dining: Hotel Lincoln's in-room dining program offers a selection of freshly prepared, locally sourced snacks and entrees, which will rotate daily, that have been crafted by Chef (Paul) Virant for in-room enjoyment and reflect the seasonal, sustainable programming offered at Perennial Virant, located on the hotel's ground floor.
Elaine's Coffee Call: Located off the east side of the lobby, Elaine's Coffee Call is a European-style coffee bar, presenting La Colombe coffee and a daily selection of freshly made pastries from the Perennial Virant team, plus other beverages and light bites.
Rooftop Lounge: In June 2012, Hotel Lincoln will unveil an expansive rooftop lounge, with capacity to accommodate 175 outdoors and up to 75 indoors. The space will offer a menu of creative bar bites and seasonal craft cocktails designed by Chef Virant, which guests can enjoy while marveling at spectacular, unobstructed views of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan."
Exciting!
