L20's New Burger Hits R.J. Grunts' Menu

This is so wild because I was just discussing the idea of high-profile Lettuce chefs coming up with gourmet burgers just the other day!

Apparently, L20 hot shot Matthew Kirkley has collaborated with sister restaurant—and iconic burger joint—R.J. Grunts for a new gourmet burger.

His Star Burger is topped with Pepper Jack cheese, thick-cut bacon, marinated beefsteak tomatoes, roasted red pepper, and garlic aioli on a buttery toasted Ciabatta roll.

It's a steal at $13.95, considering what you'd have to pay if you want to dine at his award-winning seafood-focused restaurant, which is conveniently a couple of blocks down the street.

I wonder who's next?!

Perhaps Jean Joho of Everest fame? The insanely creative Anthony Martin of Tru? Or perhaps RPM Italian's Doug Psaltis . . .
