-Lincoln Square hot spot Gather gets mad love from the neighborhood folks, and they're certain to get obsessed over the seasonal rhubarb-based cocktail on the menu all summer. The Crimson Clover was inspired by the classic Clover Club, and replaces the original's raspberry with rhubarb. It adds a refreshing tartness to the drink, and you can make it at home by following the recipe. It's $10 if you have it at the restaurant.

-Speaking of hot, Cafe Des Architectes executive pastry chef Leigh Omilinsky recently unveiled the latest seasonal dessert collection, and the standout is most certainly the Strawberry Verrine. It's one of those desserts you'll hate to share even though it's a simple concoction, yet it manages to burst with complex flavors. It's made with yuzu crème fraiche mousse, candied almonds and basil-strawberry sorbet. Indulge in yours on the patio with a glass of sparkling wine. It's $9.
