Forget about heating up those usual leftovers and instead head over to Balena for an intimate lunch with author and media personality Michael Ruhlman.
He's in town to promote his latest book, Charcuterie: The Craft of Salting, Smoking and Curing, which means that you'll be in for a pretty tasty lunch. As he discusses his work, you'll get to munch on an assortment of fresh baked breads, cured meats and salumi.
