Brendan Sodikoff's Green St. Smoked Meats Opens 'Quietly' On Feb. 4

Head's up. Green St. Smoked Meats, the Texas-themed project from sensational restaurateur Brendan Sodikoff, opens Feb. 4.
If you're having trouble keeping up with all his projects—he's also the guy behind Au Cheval, Bavette's and Doughnut Vault—this is the venue that's all about BBQ.
I'm not going to go into full detail of what's in store, since Zagat Chicago scored an exclusive interview last fall where Sodikoff apparently spilled the beans on what to expect.
He failed to disclose to Zagat as well as 312DD his plans for the cocktail menu, but he did give me this one solid: "(Expect) lots and strong."
Sounds pretty tempting and we cannot wait for its debut that's in the same stylish corridor as RM Champagne Salon.
