The man behind Minnies and the soon-to-be-opened Madame Tartine is already on to his next venture.
Jonathan Segal today is opening Tree Top Room, a "restaurant inside a restaurant," on the top level of the Lincoln Park location of P.J. Clarke's. Executive chef Eric Possa is calling the menu "America revisited" with modern twists to classic dishes like a skatewing sautéed golden brown or the crisp Caesar salad tossed tableside.
