Chefs Prepare for 'Summer Solstice' Soiree

You might not be up to anything exciting for Summer Solstice, but a number of Chicago's hottest chefs will be aboard the Columbia Yacht Club Monday doing what they do best.

They're participating in Supreme Lobster's industry-only event and serving up signature dishes of sustainable seafood.

Participating chefs include Phillip Foss (Lockwood), Todd Stein (Cibo Matto), Paul Virant (Vie), Rodelio Aglibot (Sunda), Rick Gresh (David Burke's Primehouse), Ryan Poli (Perennial), Andrew Zimmerman (Sepia), Troy Graves (Eve), Chris Pandel (The Bristol), David Carrier (Kith & Kin), Andrew Brochu (Kith & Kin), Paul Fehrinbach (Big Jones), Cary Taylor (The Southern), Breanna Beike (Columbia Yacht Club), John des Rosiers (Inovasi) as well as students from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
