Now, Marcus Samuelsson—reigning "Top Chef Master"—teams up with Spiaggia's brilliant executive chef Tony Mantuano for a sit-down, homestyle dinner inspired by their respective cookbooks, New American Table and Wine Bar Food.
Taking place 6pm Sept. 27 at Samuelsson's seafood-focused C-House, the dinner will also include large format craft beers from Goose Island Brewery and an interactive dessert reception.
The dinner is $125, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Friends of the Fisherman, the officially endorsed fund of the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board. Seating is limited; reservations required.
