Big news of the day: As predicted Monday, avec did not get a star.
UPDATE: The Stew prints the results and 312DD's first story was entirely correct!
Just got off phone with Avenues chef de cuisine Curtis Duffy, who said that he and his staff were excited about getting two stars from Michelin.
He added: "Everyone's excited that we received such a high honor this first time around, and we're going to continue to work hard to get even better."
