Blue 13 Chef Takes Over Elate Menu

A cool little tidbit dropped in my inbox over the weekend regarding Blue 13's executive chef Chris Curren.
Apparently, the notorious rock-inspired toque is taking over the menu at Elate in the Hotel Felix in River North.
No word yet on what Curren's planning for the menu, but perhaps he'll put the infamous White Truffle Mac 'n' Cheese on it.
UPDATE: Our Ultimate Insider tells 312DD: "Chris is going to keep the Elate menu's ideas and concept the same, just insert his unique style. He's already begun his tweaking of the menu, and his own dishes will be making it on as soon as next week."
