CityBuzz recently interviewed the very fabulous Bravo "Top Chef" judge Gail Simmons on her favorite Chicago restaurants, and boy did she gush!
She's apparently a huge fan of everything Paul Kahan and Bill Kim, and makes a point of hitting up their restaurants whenever she's in town.
"I love eating in Chicago, there are so many great neighborhoods," Simmons said. "Restaurants, in particular, I love all of Paul Kahan's restaurants: avec, Blackbird, Publican. I love Urban Belly. That's my favorite restaurant right now. And the new Belly Shack that Bill Kim just opened up."
Very cool, but Belly Shack is not so new anymore. It opened in 2009!
