If you're a big fan of Sterling Field, the talented bartender over at Sable Kitchen & Bar, you'd better head there by Saturday because that's his last day.
He's signing off to join Paul McGee, who recently left The Whistler to take charge of the cocktail programs at Lettuce's latest projects, RPM Italian and Bub City.
"I've been wanting to work with Paul for a long time, so I'm exciting about this opportunity," Field told 312DD at the VIP sneak preview party for RPM Italian. "I cannot wait to get started!"
Field added that he'll help McGee engineer the massive cocktail program for the 5,000-square-foot tiki lounge planned on the lower level of Bub City. He said not to expect those kitschy cocktails found in typical tiki taverns, so this is definitely something to look forward to when it opens this summer.
