Remember when Easter used to be all about you, with the Easter egg hunts, Easter baskets and new Easter dress clothes?!

You can somewhat return to the good ole days with this roundup of bottomless mimosa brunches happening on Easter Sunday:

Angelina Ristorante: The Boystown fave offers three seatings (10-11:30am; 11:30-1pm; 1-2:30pm), and it's all you can drink during your time there. Order an entree (I particularly like the penne pasta with chicken) and drink up for $21. Afterward, stumble on over to the annual Northalsted Bonnet Brigade Hits Boystown at Space Park (815 W. Roscoe Ave.). It kicks off at 1pm and features a colorful hat competition in three categories: Best Fascinator, Best Overall Theme and Best Floral Design. The winner in each category gets a $100 Northalsted gift card.

Bistronomic: The French-focused Gold Coast resto offers regular brunch favorites such as the crepe of the day, short-stack pancakes and the wild mushroom omelet. And for an extra $15, you get the bottomless deal.

BLT American Brasserie: You get one hour of unlimited flutes at the River North spot, so drink up! The deal, which is $26, also includes an entree. Choose from dishes like the classic poached eggs Benedict; BLT Sandwich Deluxe (applewood bacon, heirloom tomato, jalapeno, escarole, taleggio, truffle paste, sunny side up egg) with fries; and an egg frittata with turkey maple sausage.

Broadway Cellars: Order from a menu of salads, eggs Benedicts, and sandwiches (Baked Caprese! The Broadway Chicken Salad!) and pair it with the bottomless mimosas. No limit at the popular Edgewater spot, and it's $10.

Frasca Pizzeria, Dunlays on Clark: Indulge in the breakfast pizza or fried egg sandwich, and you'll also be treated to a complimentary basket of Peeps. Unlimited mimosas here are $14.
