With all the beer- and bourbon-focused restaurants teaming up with breweries and distilleries, this makes perfect sense.
West Town sushi spot Arami worked with Tojii Hibino of the Japanese-based Ohmuraya Brewery to produce Ichi No Torii (translates to "The First Gate")—the restaurant's own private label sake.
The team over at Arami says to expect a "traditional flavor with layers of hazelnut, soft cocoa and umami" that is meant to pair with most dishes at the restaurant. It's available now, and each bottle is hand-numbered out of a limited production.
