OON Restaurant debuts July 1 in the West Loop with Matt Eversman's unique style of American contemporary cuisine accented by Southeast Asian flavors.
To complement his fresh flavors, he's assembled quite the team behind the bar, thanks to general manager Jon McDaniel (who was most recently at Purple Pig).
Briar Brackney (Vincent), Michael Huebner (The Aviary, Baume & Brix, Drumbar) and New York 'tender Brian Williamson (Eleven Madison Park, Gramercy Park Hotel, NoMad Restaurant, Rose Bar) are working on what's expected to be a pretty tight bar program.
Thus far they're keeping the details of the program under wraps, but we'll be certain to let you know as soon as it opens . . .
