Siena Tavern combines the talents of culinary Italian Stallion Fabio Viviani (Top Chef) and the duo behind Bull & Bear and Public House.
We've been told to expect rustic Italian fare and decor mixed in with contemporary fixins', but Siena partner Lucas Stoioff posted the photo above on Facebook, showcasing what you'll see when the restaurant opens in River North on Feb. 15.
And speaking of hot projects, the trio won't have time to chill once Siena's up and running because they're also working on a high-profile deal with Bravo's Real Housewives of Orange County star, Heather Dubrow, who joined the hit reality show's cast in 2012.
Stoioff tells 312DD exclusively that the restaurant will be located in Newport Beach, Calif., and that they're in the very beginning stages of planning. He also says that Dubrow and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, will be in attendance at the grand-opening party for Siena Tavern.
I hope I get an invite, too!
