Blackbird Chef Hosts 'Shift Drinks'

David Posey, the chef de cuisine at Blackbird, guest bartends May 2 at industry fave Shift Drinks at Watershed.
This is the first time the talented toque's taking part in the monthly affair and we're excited about his concoction. He's apparently cold smoking North Shore #11 Gin over Applewood for his Smoked Negroni. Woot?!

He'll be accompanied by Blackbird's phenomenal head mixologist Lynn House, of course, who has so many delicious cocktails under her wing that it was probably hard to choose only one.
Look for her signature Blackbird Orange, made with spiced honey syrup and Death's Door white rye whiskey. Both cocktails are $7 and a portion of the proceeds from the night benefit their favorite charity.
Shift Drinks takes place 9pm-2am May 2.
