Former Drawing Room mixologist Tim Lacey had been laying low for quite awhile, so I was mad excited to find out Thursday that he's signed onto a hot new project.
Ada Street, owned by David Morton and Michael Kornick (DMK Burger Bar, Fishbar), is set to open later this month, and Lacey started working as head mixologist Wednesday.
Morton tells 312DD that Lacey's building a "strong beverage program" to complement the Mediterranean-inspired small plates. Additionally, the bar will feature limited release beers and wine.
This is awesome news, particularly because Ada Street will be a great spot to check out before heading over to Hideout, which is nearby. There is no place to dine right now in that area!
