A dinner that starts with coffee and ends with soup?!

That's what's up with WTF?, the latest pop-up dining experience from Clandestino, which is collaborating with Moto's Ben Roche and iNG's Thomas Bowman for a six-course "backwards" extravaganza.

Here's the menu:

Coffee Service: biscuits, duck pancetta, “Pure Black” redeye gravy
Baklava: eggplant, walnut, mint, yogurt
Cheese Plate: white Sturgeon, salsify, asparagus
Surf and Turf: wagyu, lobster, pumpernickel
Salad: pork belly, oyster, egg
Soup: tom kha gai, young coconut, thai basil, tamarind

Chicago GrubStreet has additional deets right here, and if you're still down, they have only a few seats left to purchase here.

It's BYOB and happens April 22. As always, you'll get the details for the location about 24 hours beforehand.
