It's 'Hot Dog Week' at Bull & Bear . . .

Photobucket

So this is odd.

You've gotta make reservations for hot dogs at Bull & Bear.

The River North sports lounge is doing its second-annual Hot Dog Week (it's also National Hot Dog Month), so they're doing a different one each day today through Friday.

Here's what to expect:

Monday: The Buffalo Dog (chicken sausage, R&B hot wing sauce, bleu cheese, pickled carrot and celery slaw)

Tuesday: South of the Border Dog (bacon wrapped, jalapeno, tomato, onion, Monterey Jack cheese and guacamole)

Wednesday: The Belgian Dog (crispy fries, roasted lemon-garlic aioli)

Thursday: Cheddar Leek Dog (house cheddar sauce, cider braised leek, Dijon mustard and crisp apple salad)

Friday: East Coast Lobster Dog (Cajun remoulade, cucumber relish and shredded bib lettuce)

All dogs are $7 and served with house fries, but I still wan to know why you need a reservation . . .
