So. It wasn't enough that Doughnut Vault already has lines down the street every damn day at the corner of Franklin and Kinzie, but now you're guaranteed to see them at the next Dose Market, happening Nov. 6.

The upscale food- and fashion-focused market happens once a month at River East Art Center (435 E. Illinois St.), featuring local high-profile chefs, mixologists and artisans, so the city's best gourmet doughnuts will be right at home. For the event, they'll debut six new flavors that should complement the warm Seedling cider, La Colombe coffee and Rare Tea Cellar teas that will also be on sale.

Here's what else to expect that day:

Complimentary Templeton Rye cocktails from the mix-masters of Bittercube. The Wisconsin-based artisan bitters-makers are back with seasonal cocktails in tow, sweetened by local Bron's Bees honey, available for sale at Heritage Prairie's table.

Renowned Ann Arbor deli Zingerman's Creamery. Look for their debut at Dose with cheese in tow.

Great Lake is back. They're bringing a new spread of focaccia, salad, pantry favorites and homeware from their famed Andersonville storefront.

Meat Mania. Pick up local beef from Circle Quarter Seven Ranch (also making an appearance at Pasta Puttana's table in the form of Q7 ragu sauce), Old Town Social charcuterie, Franks 'N' Dawgs sausage sandwiches and take-home frozen sausages.

A Carb Consortium. This is coming in the form of sweets from pastry chef Meg Galus (NoMI Kitchen), the launch of new pie company Rustic Tart and addictive cookies, bars, and scones from under-the-radar bakery Sweet Sensations.

Dose Market goes down 10am-4pm Nov. 6. Tickets are $10 at door; $8 in advance when your purchase them right here.
